Professional Experience

●     February 2008 – Present: Freelance Editor/Assistant Editor. Worked for Jump, The White House, Bionic Media, Go Robot, Cut+Run, Rock, Paper Scissors, and Six Day Productions. 

●     April 2005 – February 2010: Co-founder, contributor, and editor for online literary humor site Steve's Word.

●     January 2004 – January 2008: Assistant Editor at The Now Corporation. A commercial editorial boutique in Manhattan. Duties included logging and digitizing dailies, prepping for finishing sessions, importing and converting graphics, animation, and audio files, music searches, posting cuts, making revised edits, pitch and mood videos for ad agencies, and duplicating and outputting various tapes and DVDs for clients. 

●     September 2006 – Present: Co-founder of American Spirit Wolf Productions. Serve as writer, producer, director, and editor depending on the project. We produce Viral Videos, Spec Spots, Music Videos, Short Films & Promos for ourselves and clients. We are constantly working and growing. www.americanspiritwolf.com

●     June 2003 – August 2003: Intern and assistant editor for my former professor, Jerry Aronson, on the DVD version of his award-winning documentary The Life and Times of Allen Ginsberg.

●     May 2003: Interned at the 2003 Cannes Film Festival with the Kodak Student Filmmaker’s Program at the American Pavilion. Tech Crew at the pavilion converting conference room for screenings, panel discussions, and interviews. An ineffective bodyguard for visiting esteemed celebrities such as Jean-Claude Van Damme.

●     January 2003 – April 2003: Interned full-time at The Garkie Group, a multifaceted company in Boulder, CO. Video production, sales, rentals, duplication, editing, and graphics.

●     May 2002 – August 2002: Interned full-time at Warren Miller Films in Boulder, CO. Production assistant, mainly working under the Line Producer.

●     Avid, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, DVD Studio Pro, Word, and Excel.
